Lily Grace Foundation was born from lived experience, continuous care, and deep responsibility.
In 2010, after years of supporting her daughter Lily Grace through complex neurological and health challenges, our founder opened a biomedical wellness center in Denver, Colorado. What began as a personal journey quickly became a professional calling.
Serving as Clinical Director for eight years, she worked hands-on with individuals and families navigating autism, neurological complexity, chronic stress, trauma, and emotional overwhelm, translating lived insight into practical, integrative care.
The work was grounded, rigorous, and real. And it worked.
In 2011, Lily Grace Foundation was established to extend this knowledge beyond the clinic, ensuring that the insights gained through years of applied care could reach families, communities, and systems that needed them most.
Over time, a larger truth became clear. The tools that help neurodiverse, trauma-impacted, and highly sensitive individuals thrive are the same tools that help all humans access clarity, resilience, and choice, especially in a world growing more complex and demanding by the day.
What was once considered specialized care revealed itself as foundational human infrastructure.
As the challenges facing individuals expanded into schools, workplaces, healthcare systems, and communities at large, Lily Grace Foundation evolved with intention.
Today, the Foundation operates as a humanitarian engine for expanding human potential, ensuring that emotional regulation, nervous-system resilience, and inner coherence are not privileges, but shared resources.
